My paintings are bursts of emotions, they become portals of energy enriching the walls in which they are hung. My main goal is to evoke some kind of emotion. I am inspired by the colors and moods of the ocean. Hopefully you can find something in my work that speaks to your inner self and the light that resides there, no matter what emotion you might get, the important thing is just that you are feeling something. In each of my paintings, the energy within gets new life and takes on a new form in each viewer. All my artwork is original, hand painted, signed by the artist, Heidi Heiser, direct from my studio. I love to paint while listening to my favorite music, and get inspired by the beauty in nature all around us. I play with different combinations of light, color, and texture in my paintings. I only use high quality art materials and UVLS varnish applied to preserve to help protect against UV light and dust. My abstract art is inspired by the combination of the music, the coast and the Torrey Pines by our home at the beach in Del Mar, California.
